I know this type isn't an actual dinosaur, but it was featured in Jurassic World.
It's a dinosaur that was artificially created in the lab and contained multiple DNA of different dinosaurs which included T-Rex and Velociraptor.
What do people think would be viability of such a thing happening?

As far as I'm aware, to use genetic engineering, you'd need a substantial amount of DNA. Unfortunately, when it comes to dinosaurs, we don't have much DNA and even if preserved blood or soft tissue is found, it doesn't necessarily mean that we'll get DNA from it. Currently, the oldest DNA ever found is around 1,000,000 years old.
In 'Jurassic Park', dinosaur DNA was combined with the DNA of frogs. There are two problems with this. Firstly, you'd need the whole genome to be able to establish which parts of the DNA have been found. Secondly, if you did have the whole genome, you certainly wouldn't be filling in the missing parts with frog DNA. Why? Because frogs are amphibians, whereas dinosaurs are reptiles. Instead, you'd use the DNA of either birds or crocodiles.
